Dermabeam’s Refund Policy

  1. Refundable: Dermabeam, Dermabeam Pro
  2. Replaceable: Dermabeam Supreme 200/300/1000/2400/3600 (Nonrefundable)

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of receiving your product. To start the refund process, please send an email to with your name and order number then ship your items to Dermabeam LLC: 1625 Glendon Ave #4, Los Angeles, CA 90024. We do not provide return labels since we provide free shipping. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 days. 

Dermabeam’s Warranty Policy

The warranty is 100 days for masks and 1-2 years for the panels (varies by model). If the product is defective, please submit a replacement request and a video of the issue to Our team will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Dermabeam’s Delivery Policy

Service Message: Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in delivering and tracking of packages. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer exert any control over it and rely on the same tracking information as you. It’s possible that the carrier may have misplaced it, in which case we sincerely apologize and will send you a replacement immediately.

We will refund if no updates have been received after 1 month from the departure date.
