Due to circumstances that are out of our control, there was an error in manufacturing and we sincerely apologize for the defects. 
We will send you a new replacement with an additional Vitamin C Serum and Cleansing Foam when the upgraded inventory arrives (est. April 2023). 
We’ve paused the refund policy for now and will do everything we can to provide you with customer satisfaction.

Dermabeam’s Warranty Policy

The warranty is 100 days for masks and 1-2 years for the panels (varies by model). If the product is defective, please submit a replacement request and a video of the issue to support@dermabeammask.com. Our team will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Dermabeam’s Delivery Policy

Service Message: Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in delivering and tracking of packages. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer exert any control over it and rely on the same tracking information as you. It’s possible that the carrier may have misplaced it, in which case we sincerely apologize and will send you a replacement immediately.

We will refund if no updates have been received after 1 month from the departure date.
